Video submission guidelines

• Must be KSOS member

• The video duration should not exceed 55 secs

• The video can showcase any particular step of a surgery, a procedure , a new concept , key points in clinical examination , demonstration of a sign or symptom, discussion of a basic concept for PG teaching or anything interesting

• Avoid self marketing in the videos uploaded

• Videos should be in MP4 format

• KSOS will have the right to use the video in various forums with due aknowledgement of the contributor

• The contributors can display the name / institution affiliation and district club affiliation in the video or in description

• Voice over may be added if deemed necessary or gentle music with written description also can be acceptedI

Image submission guidelines

• Must be KSOS member

• JPG or PNG or TIFF format

• No software editing of photos will be accepted

• Any such editing attempts if detected , author will be banned for further submissions

• Short description of the image and a title should also be submitted

• KSOS will have the right to use the image in various forums with due acknowledgement of the contributor

• The contributors can display the name / institution affiliation and district club affiliation in description
